About IMPACT 700 ear pads - 2 pcs (1001230)

Ear pads cop a flogging after months of daily calls, and worn cushions mean less comfort and poorer sound isolation. These genuine EPOS IMPACT 700 ear pads are a two-piece replacement set made from soft leatherette over memory foam, matching the originals fitted to your headset. Swapping them takes seconds and brings back that fresh, cushioned feel — handy for contact centre teams and anyone wearing a headset all day.

Key Features

• Genuine EPOS Part — Made by EPOS for the IMPACT 700 Series, so you get the exact fit and finish the headset was designed with.
• Leatherette and Memory Foam — Soft cushioning that moulds to your ears for comfortable wear through long shifts.
• Two Pads per Pack — A full pair for double-sided headsets, or a spare set if you're running single-sided models.
• 65mm Round Design — The correct on-ear sizing for the IMPACT 700, keeping passive noise dampening working as it should.
• Tool-Free Replacement — Pop the old pads off, click the new ones on, and get straight back to work.
• Clean Professional Look — Smooth black leatherette wipes down and keeps shared or hot-desked headsets looking tidy.

Why Choose This Product?

Our Telrexperts recommend genuine pads over generic copies because the fit and acoustics stay true to the original design. Replacing cushions is a cheap way to add life to a good headset instead of buying new. If you're unsure which pads suit your model, give our team a call and we'll sort it out.
