About Redback 120W Public Address (PA) Zone Amplifier

This 120W PA zone amplifier developed by Redback, allows installers to mix and match amplifiers within a 1RU 19” rack space. For instance an installer could mount  this 120W amplifier for a high wattage zone, plus a 2 channel 60W amplifier for smaller zones - all within a single unit of rack space!  This offers flexibility for installers, allowing the installation of zone amps to closely match the requirements of the customer.  Each amplifier is a Class-D design offering high performance in a compact space, with excellent power efficiency. The front panel offers adjustment for each channel plus bass and treble control. Individual protection, clipping and signal presence indicators are provided for each channel. All outputs are via pluggable euroblock connectors with 100V line and 8Ω outputs available. Inputs are via stereo RCA line or balanced euroblock pluggable screw terminals.  A high pass filter switch can be activated on each channel.  For installations using only one amplifier, a mounting bracket adaptor provides an easy way to bolt into a standard 19” racking system.
